A New Voice for the Sacramento Region Governor Brown has signed AB 146 (Dickinson) into law! Starting January 1, 2013, there will be a Sacramento area representative—a member of the board of directors of one of the region’s local air districts-- on the California Air Resources Board. AB 146 fulfills a longstanding desire of the region’s business and political leadership (see more from the Cleaner Air Partnership).
